这篇报道是我在工会论坛别人发现了转上来的..也发来173告诉大家,如果看过了,就没什么好说的了.但是没看过的.看了别激动,我一开始是不相信的.太强了.别的职业无法混了..哇卡卡~~~


正文:How Totems Work
-All support totems show a buff (including poison cleansing and disease cleansing totems). In addition, support totems will have a ‘pulsating effect‘. The effect will work like this; a player enteres the totem radius and gets buffed to 10 seconds. Every 5 seconds or so the totem rebuffs players already in radius. If a player leaves the radius, his buff will remain until the buff duration is over. However, if a player enters the radius between ‘buffing periods‘, he will be imidiatly buffed and be on his ‘own timer‘.
图腾是如何发挥效用的。
所有的辅助性的图腾会出现一个BUFF(包括清毒图腾和祛病图腾)。另外,辅助性图腾会有一个“规律效果”。效果将会象这样工作:当玩家进入图腾范围后他将得到一个持续10秒钟的BUFF。每5秒左右图腾将自动为在图腾范围内的玩家BUFF一次。如果一个玩家离开这个范围,他的BUFF将持续到BUFF效用期结束。然而当一个玩家在BUFF施放期间进入图腾范围,他会被立即(imidiately=immediately?)BUFF然后以他自己的时间计算。

Modifications to Existing Totems
-Stoneskin totem increases defense skill rather than reducing damage. 5/8/11/14/17/20 respectively.
-Flametongue totem also provides a 5% attack speed bonus to those affected by it.
-Windwall totem will no longer reduce damage taken by ranged attacks. Instead, it will opperate more like Grounding totem does. Windwall totem will have 100/250/400 health respectively. The totem will absorb all incoming ranged attacks, and will last until the totem dies or for 1.5 minutes. Windwall totem does not protect those not affected by it.
-Stoneclaw totem‘s mana cost, hit points, threat produced, duration, and armor value have been doubled.
-Fire Nova Totem delay before activating reduced to 3 seconds. Original threat generated reduced by 50%.
-Magma Totem‘s original threat generated reduced by 50%.
-Totems (where appliable) now receive benefits from +spell damage and healing equipment.
-Mana Spring totema and Healing Stream totem‘s mana costs have been reduced by 30%.
-Poison Cleansing and Disease Cleansing totems mana cost increased by 7%.
对已有的图腾的修改
——石肤将不再减低伤害而是增加防御技能。分别为5/8/11/14/17/20。
——火舌图腾将对受它影响的玩家额外地增加5%的攻击速度。
——风墙图腾将不再减低来自远距离的伤害。它将更倾向于地面图腾那样运作。风墙图腾将分别有100/250/400生命值。图腾将吸收所有的远距离攻击,持续直到图腾被摧毁或者1.5分钟后自动消失。风墙图腾将不会保护那些没有感受到它的人。

New Totems
-Spell Surge Totem: Increases damage effects of spells from the party by up to 30. Fire Totem. Aquired at 56.
-Earthsong Totem: Increases healing effects of spells from the party by up to 40. Earth Totem. Aquired at level 52.
新图腾
——法术汹涌图腾:为团队提高法术伤害最多30点。需要火图腾。学习等级为56。
——大地之歌图腾:为团队提高治疗效果最多40点。需要地图腾。学习等级为52。

New Spells
-Soothing Shock: Reduces the threat of the shaman against the target. Deals no damage. Operates on the normal shock cooldown timer.
-Thundershock: Disorients the target for 3 seconds. Deals no damage. Any attacks against the target will break disorientation. 45 second cooldown.
新法术
——安抚震击:减少萨满对于目标的威胁值。不造成伤害。和普通震击共享CD时间。
——雷霆震击:使目标失去方向3秒。不造成伤害。任何攻击都会使目标清醒过来。45秒CD时间。(SM梦寐以求的控制技能啊,哈哈哈!!!)

Weapon Buff Changes
-The Frostbrand proc will no longer slow target movement speed. Instead, the proc will have an AoE effect that hits all nearby enemies and slows their attack speed by 10%. Higher ranks deal more damage and give a greater attack speed decrease, 13%/16%/19%/22% respectively. Damage on the proc has been reduced from the original.
-Flametongue Weapon will now increase the attack speed of the weapon by 10%. This increased attack speed does not lower the damage of Flametongue Weapon.
-Flametongue and Frostbrand now recieve bonuses from +spell damage equipment.
-Due to input put forth from Enhancement shamans, the Windfury weapon nerf took away from the strength of what currently makes an enhancement shaman, an enhancement shaman. And so, the windfury nerf has been removed for the time being. However, because of dramatic improvements that continue to be implimented into the enhancemet tree and a possibility of adding regular melee attacks (see "Suggestions" section, third post), windfury may still be open to a ‘more accurate‘ nerfing in the future. Sorry, balancing is a much better and more correct term to use instead of ‘nerf‘.
武器BUFF改变
——冰封武器将不再降低目标的移动速度。作为替换,它将对附近所有敌人产生AOE效果并降低他们的攻击速度10%。高等级的将造成更多伤害和降低更多的攻击速度。分别为13%/16%/19%/22%。产生的伤害基于原始伤害值将有所减少。

Other Modifications
-Stormstrike has been removed from the enhancement tree and is now avaliable to all shamans at level 44.
-Shamans no longer require a talent to use two-handed weapons and maces, and are able to learn them from the appropriate weapon masters.
-The radius of all support totems has been increased by 5 yards.
-Mana cost of Cure Disease and Cure Poison reduced by 14%.
-The damage dealt by frost shock and earth shock have been reduced by 15%.
-Shamans no longer require a talent to learn parry. They can learn it from class trainers at level 20.
其他的改变
——暴风之击(增强的终极天赋)从增强天赋树移除并做为一个技能对所有的萨满开放。需要等级44。
——萨满们将不再需要天赋支持来使用双手武器和锤,而是可以从适当的武器大师那里学习到它们。

-Reverberation [5]: Reduces the cooldown of shock spells by 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1.0 seconds.
-Improved Lightning Bolt [5]: Reduces cast interruption chance by 20/40/60/80/100%, and increases range of Lightning Bolt by 1/2/3/4/5 yards.

-Call of Flame [5]: Increases the fire damage of fire totems, Flametongue weapon buffs, and Flame Shock by 3/6/9/12/15%.

-Elemental Focus [1]: Gives a 10% chance to enter a clearcasting state, reducing the mana cost of your next spell by 75%.

-Improved Elemental Weapons [2]: Hits with the shaman‘s Flametongue weapon will give a chance to apply a fire amplifier buff, increasing fire damage dealt to target by 2/4%. Stacks up to 5 times. Slower weapons have higher chance to apply debuff. Hits with the shaman‘s Frostbrand weapon proc have a 10/20% chance to immoblize the unit for 3 seconds.
-Improved Chain Lightning [2]: Increases the number of targets Chain Lightning hits by 1/2, and increases the mana cost by 3/5%.
-Seal of Fire [2]: Increases the critical strike chance of fire totems by 5/10%. Increases the critical strike chance of Flame Shock by 2/4%.

-Gift of Thunder [3]: 3/5/7% of the damage dealt by Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning are returned to the party in mana.
-Elemental Fury [1]: Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your spells and totems by 100%.
-Lightning Mastery [4]: Reduces the casting time of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 0.25/0.50/0.75/1.00.
第五排:
——雷霆之赐(3):由闪电箭和闪电链造成的伤害的3/5/7%将以魔法的形式反赠给整个团队。

-Elemental Mastery [5]: Increases the damage of your offensive spells by 2/4/6/8/10%.

Tier Seven:
-Earthquake [1]: Casts an earthquake over the targeted area. The area size is 15 yards. Spell requires channeling. Units caught within the area have a 15% chance to become disoriented for 3 seconds. Any damage breaks disorientation. Spell deals 250/300/350 damage every 4 seconds over 20 seconds. While channeling this spell, the shaman has a 80% chance to avoid spell interuptions. Costs 35% of base mana. 15 minute cooldown.

Tier One:
-Precision [2]: Increases chance to hit with melee weapons by 2/4%.
-Ancestral Knowledge [3]: Increases maximum mana by 2/4/6%.
-Earthen Shield [1]: Provides the shaman with a shield of earth, reducing damage taken by 10%. Earthen Shield has 3 charges. Does not stack with Lightning Shield. Costs 5% of base mana.
-Improved Earthen Shield [4]: Increases the damage reduction of earthen shield to 12.5/15.0/17.5/20.0%.
增强系
第一排:
——精确(2):使武器击中目标的几率提高2/4%。
——先祖知识(3):增加魔法最大值2/4/6%。
——大地之盾(1):为萨满祭祀提供一个大地之盾,为其降低10%的伤害。大地之盾能作用3次。不可以与闪电盾叠加。消耗总魔法的5%。

-Fortress [5]: Increases the shaman‘s defense skill by 2/4/6/8/10 and increases his chance to block with a shield by 1/2/3/4/5%.

Tier Four:
-Flurry [5]: Increases attack speed by 10/15/20/25/30% for the next 3 swings after dealing a critical strike.
-Earthen Alignment [3]: Increases the strength bonus of Strength of Earth totem by 10/20/30 and the defense bonus of Stoneskin totem by 5/10/15.
-Improved Catastrophe Weapons [2]: Increases the threat generated from Rockbiter weapon by 10/20%, and increases the attack power bonus of Windfury weapon by 11/22%.

-Toughness [5]: Increases the shaman‘s hit points by 2/4/6/8/10%, and increases the shaman‘s resistance to fire, frost, and nature by 3/6/9/12/15.
-Air Alignment [3]: Increases the agility bonus of Grace of Air totem by 10/20/30 and increases the attack power bonus of Windfury totem by 15/30%.

——噬血(1):给予萨满祭祀或者友方单位一个BUFF,增加他们的攻击速度7/14/21%和移动速度4/8/12%。持续10分钟,消耗20%总魔法值。(哇哈哈哈,噬血终于回来啦!!!虽然不如WC3里那么强悍,但始终也是SM们的王牌技能,哈哈。^_^。Storm ,Wind and Earth,heed my call!)
——坚韧(5):增加萨满祭祀的攻击点数2/4/6/8/10%,增加撒满祭祀的火抗,冰抗和自然抗性3/6/9/12/15点。
——空气之盟(3):增加风之幽雅图腾的敏捷点数10/20/30,增加风怒图腾的攻击强度15/30%。

Tier Six:
-Weapon Mastery [5]: Increases damage dealt from weapons by 1.5/3.0/4.5/6.0/7.5%.
-Force Fusion [5]: 15/20/25/30/35% of the shaman‘s intelligence and spirit adds +1 attack power.
第六排:
——武器掌握(5):增加武器造成的伤害1.5/3.0/4.5/6.0/7.5%。
——力量熔合(5):15/20/25/30/35%的萨满祭祀的智力和精神增加一点攻击强度。(应该是每一点增加一强度吧。@_@)。

Tier Seven:
-Spirit Link [1]: Generates a buff around the targeted unit and up to 2/3/4 of his party members. 30% of the damage received by anyone under the effects of spirit link will be equally split amongst the other members of the spirit link. Spirit link lasts 30 minutes. If the shaman casts spirit link on himself, and no party members are nearby, he links his spirit to that of the Earthmother, increasing his damage and armor by 3/6/9%. Costs 35% of base mana. Effects party members within 10 yards of the person the spirit link is casted on. A shaman may only have one spirit link active at a time. If the shaman dies, the spirit link becomes void.
第七排:

-Improved Healing Wave [5]: Reduces the casting time of Healing Wave by 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 seconds.
-Tidal Focus [5]: Reduces the mana cost of all spells by 1/2/3/4/5%.

第一排:
——强化治疗波(5):减少施放治疗波法术的时间0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5秒。
——潮汐集中(5):减少所有法术消耗量1/2/3/4/5%。

Tier Tw
-Ancestral Healing [3]: When you critical with a healing spell, the target recieves a buff that heals them for 5/10/15/20/25% of the amount that the spell healed over 6 seconds.
-Lifebringer Weapon [1]: Imbues the shaman‘s weapon with nature, allowing attacks to heal the shaman and his allies for 35% of the damage dealt. Does not stack with other weapon buffs. Damage dealt is counted as nature damage and not physical damage.
*Note that criticals attacks on your weapon while the Lifebringer buff is active, will activate the Ancestral Healing talent on all your allies and apply normally as if they had just been healed by a spell. The amount Lifebringer weapon heals can be increased by +healing equipment at a 1/2 ratio. The +healing equipment, however, will not increase the damage dealt by Lifebringer. Equipment that does +spell damage will.
-Eventide [3]: Reduces the time between healing pulses of Mana Spring totem and Healing Stream totem by 25/50%.

Tier Three:
-Ancestral Concentration [5]: Increases the chance to avoid interruption caused while casting Healing Wave, Lesser Healing Wave, and Chain Heal by 15/30/45/60/75%.
-Reflection [3]: Allows for 5/10/15% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting.
第三排:
——先祖集中(5):增加在施放治疗波,次级治疗波和治疗链时抵抗打断的几率15/30/45/60/75%。
——反射(3):使你在施法的时候能有5/10/15%的法力回复。

Tier Four:
-Tidal Mastery [5]: Increases chance to critical with healing and lightning spells by 1/2/3/4/5%.
-Improved Reincarnation [2]: Decreases cooldown of Reincarnation by 15/30 minutes, and provides a buff upon ressing that heals the shaman‘s mana by 25/50% over 15 seconds.
-Mana Tide Totem [1]: A totem that gives 50/100/150/200 mana every 2 seconds over 10 seconds to nearby allies.
第四排:
——潮汐掌握(5):使你的治疗法术和闪电法术的致命一击几率提高1/2/3/4/5%。
——强化再生(2):将少再生所需要的冷却时间15/30分钟,并为萨满提供一个BUFF在15秒内回复其魔法的25/50%。
——法力之潮图腾(1):使萨满获得一个为附近所有成员每2秒恢复50/100/150/200点法力值的图腾,持续10秒。(伟大的潮汐终于提到前面来了。偶就是为了它被强迫洗了恢复,虽然一身紫装却依旧生活不能自理。相信广大的恢复SM们也深有体会吧~^_^还好,苦日子过去了,恩,值得庆祝。)

Tier Five:
-Totemic Reach [3]: Allows your totems to affect up to 1/2/3 other people outside of your party, but still inside your raid, that are within range of your totems. Does not effect Tranquil Air totem.
-Improved Chain Heal [3]: Increases the critical effect chance of Chain Heal by 7/14/21%.
-Nature‘s Swiftness [1]: Reduces the casting time of your next spell by 100%, and reduces it‘s mana cost by 15%. 3.5 minute cooldown.
第五排:
——图腾之触(3):使你的图腾能够影响到你队伍以外的1/2/3个其他队员,但他们需要在你的团队里面,而且在你的图腾范围以内。风之宁静图腾不受此影响。
——强化治疗链(3):增加治疗链致命一击的几率7/14/21%。
——自然迅捷(1):使你下个法术的施放时间减少100%,减少其耗蓝量15%。3.5分钟冷却时间。(著名的NS,SM价值比最高的技能,被放后面了。怨念啊。。。o_o)

Tier Six:
-Purification [5]: Increases the effect of your healing spells by 2/4/6/8/10%.
-Improved Tranquil Air Totem [2]: Improves the threat reduction bonus of Tranquil Air Totem by 10/20%.
第六排:
——净化(5):增加你的治疗量2/4/6/8/10%。
——强化风之宁静图腾(2):增加风之宁静图腾可以减少的威胁值10/20%。

Tier Seven:
-Spirit Form [1]: When active, the shaman takes -20% of physical damage, but +15% of magical damage. The effectiveness of the shaman‘s healing spells are increased by 20%, and the threat generated by the shaman is reduced by 20%. Only healing spells and non-offensive totems can be cast while in this form. Mana regeneration is allowed at +15% of normal while casting as long as the shaman remains in this form. When the shaman comes out of spirit form, he cannot go back into spirit form for 5 minutes
