3.08版目前流出的所有改动汇总（含未确定部分）
先贴上英文原文：
Tapping: All player spells which cause a creature to become aggressive to you will now also immediately cause the creature to be tapped.
Warlock
Skills
Affliction
Drain Mana now Transfers 3% of target's maximum mana every 1 sec from the target to the caster (up to a maximum of 6% of the caster's maximum mana every 1 sec). Lasts 5 sec.
Ritual of Summoning: Will now create a summoning portal object which can be re-used for multiple summons for 5 minutes.
Talents
Destruction
Backdraft now also reduces the global cooldown of your next three Destruction spells by 10/20/30%.
Chaos Bolt damage has been increased (from 1036-1314 to 1243-1577 for Rank 4).
Emberstorm: Now works with Conflagrate.
Demonology
Demonic Empathy now affects all spells for 15 seconds. (Old - 3 next spells) (Source)
Master Conjuror now Increases the combat ratings gained from your conjured Firestone and Spellstone by 15/30%.
Pet
Devour Magic Effect range has been increased to 45 yards, please note that it's only the effect and not the Devour Magic pet ability. It could be related to the maximum healing range of the new Glyph of Felhunter.
Glyph
Glyph of Felguard - Increases the Felguard's total attack power by 20%. (Up from 10%)
Glyph of Felhunter - When your felhunter uses Devour Magic, you will also be healed for that amount. (Old - Increases the critical strike chance of your Felhunter's Shadow Bite ability by 6%.)

术士：
技能修改
痛苦系：
抽取法力现在每秒抽取目标3％上限的法力，持续5秒，但是每一秒抽取的法力上限不会超过本人法力的6％
简评：抽法力的作用被提升，在无干扰的情况下你只需要6次就可能把对方的蓝抽干，这个效率还是很不错的
后面的限制是为了不让术士用这个方法去抽BOSS的蓝，（带3个术士10秒把BOSS蓝抽干这样的情况太尴尬了，一定会制止！）
恶魔系：
召唤仪式：现在能召唤一个集合石，消耗1个碎片，集合石持续5分钟
天赋修改
恶魔：
恶魔情感（可能是这么翻译吧）：现在互相提升1/2/3%的伤害，持续15秒（以前是下3次）［未确定修改］
石头大师:现在提升法术石和火焰石提供的战斗等级15/30% (修正描述BUG,原来是提升'效果')
毁灭：
爆燃：现在同时减少你下3个毁灭法术的公共CD10/20/30% [未确定修改]
混乱箭:等级4的混乱箭伤害被调整为1243-1577 (以前是1036-1314) [未确定修改]
灰烬风暴:现在对燃烧也有效了 (修正BUG)
PET:
宠物:由于修改了地狱犬铭文的原因，现在吞噬魔法的“效果”提升到45码。注意是“效果”而不是“宠物的吞噬魔法技能”。效果是什么后面说。
铭文方面，恶魔守卫铭文现在增加守卫20%的AP，以前是10%,(再以前是20%伤害)。
地狱犬铭文:：每当地狱犬吞噬魔法，回的血你也将同时获得(80级获得1150血,可能出现爆)。结合宠物的修改来看，这个回血效果对于你来说，不能离地狱犬超过45码。以前是提高地狱犬暗影撕咬爆率6%。
目前得到的信息就这些,有了什么新的信息会随时更新,主要信息来源是MMO ,所谓未确定,是指出现在TEST服务器上,但是没有写进更新文档中的内容
